Fort Lowell Museum includes the Officer’s Quarters built in the 1870s. The fort was established in 1866. Open Friday – Saturday 10:00 am – 4:00 pm. Walking tours, lectures, living history events are featured as special events.

Colossal Cave Mountain Park. The cave, besides being a home, storage area, and shrine for early Native Americans, was used later by bandits–inside the cave you will see the bandits’ “Living Room.” Open every day of the year: Summer hours (March 16 – September 15) 8:00am-5:00pm; Winter hours (September 16 – March 15) 9:00am-5:00pm.
